Panel Generation Dramaqueen

They grew up in post-socialist countries and at times of transformation and discovered from these spaces and times their creative potential. What describes this new generation of young female playwrights from Central and East Europe, whose backgrounds and plays are to some extent representative for the outbreak and emancipation of young women? Do they constitute only a social minority or are they characteristic for an avant-garde role model of a young “generation of upheavals”? Discussing this will be the playwright Ivana Sajko (Croatia) and Dorota Maslowska (Poland).
